Who exactly is Presta Debug?
Presta Debug is a Paris-based e-commerce development agency incorporated as a French SAS. We build, repair and manage PrestaShop and Shopify stores, including our own e-commerce websites.
Are your developers based in France?
Yes. Our entire technical team is based in France. We never outsource offshore: the person who answers your call is the same person who works on your code.
How much experience do you have with PrestaShop?
Over 15 years of e-commerce and PrestaShop experience across versions 1.6, 1.7, 8, and 9.1, with more than 500 projects completed—from emergency support and custom modules to migrations and full store redesigns.
Do you work with freelancers or an in-house team?
An in-house team of employed developers and partners. You work with the same technical contact from diagnosis through to deployment, with no sales intermediary.
Do you provide support outside France?
Yes, we provide support worldwide. All work is carried out remotely via FTP/SSH and back-office access. We communicate in French or English.
