• Support request form: your store URL, type of issue, phone number, email address, additional details and the page from which the request was submitted.
• Direct communications: the content of emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us.

We never ask for sensitive data. Please do not send passwords through a form: once we take on your request, we’ll provide a secure channel for sharing them.
